Case Study:
Candidate Name: Gareth Dicks
Over the past year Gareth has been struggling to find work, with only short term temporary positions offered to him despite many applications. Gareth has found that temporary work can be unpredictable and wanted something more reliable and consistent. After speaking with his local Job Centre Plus Gareth was put in touch with Wiltshire College who were able to secure funding which enabled him to undertake not one but two training courses; a SAFED course at Wiltshire College followed by Fork Lift Truck training with Training Express at our Centre in Westbury. Whilst Gareth was still completing the Fork Lift Truck course he contacted a local employment agency who advised him there was work available for accredited qualified Fork Lift Truck drivers. Gareth has high hopes that as a result of his Fork Lift Truck training he will be able to start working for the agency on a temporary basis straight away, with the opportunity for a permanent position in the coming weeks. We wish him the best of luck and hope to hear a positive result soon.
