EAL’s qualification in Business and Administration at Level 2 is suitable for those seeking recognition of their competence in a wide variety of activities working within a business environment including managing diary systems, organising business travel, accommodation and meetings, dealing with
visitors, operating credit control procedures, using IT systems and different types of software to produce documents, operating office equipment and working effectively with other people.
Course Duration
The candidates are required to complete the common mandatory assessment routes, followed by the required number of assessment routes from their choice of pathway. The duration of this course will vary depending on the NVQ units chosen.

Candidates for this qualification will have gained a high level of skill ability and acquired sound knowledge and understanding of the relevant techniques, resources and equipment used in order to enable them to carry out the activities, solve related problems, control any risks and ensure the workplace meets the required health and safety standard.
Mileage costs may be applied to training taking place over 25 miles from our sites.
