Who is this for?
This course is designed for supervisors, team leaders, managers and site foremen who are responsible for Health & Safety in the workplace. Supervisors have both a legal and moral responsibility to put in place the necessary procedures to ensure the safety of their colleagues. This qualification will enable staff at management level to improve the health & safety culture of their organisation, whatever size or area of business.
Course Duration
This intermediate award must span a minimum duration of 18 hours (3 days
Accreditation
The assessment method for this course is a 2 hour multiple-choice test which is QCA Accredited.

Maximum of 8 candidates per course.
On completion of this course delegates will be able to:
provide understanding of the main concepts of health & safety
promote the benefits of health & safety culture
clarify the roles and responsibilities of individuals, supervisors and management in health & safety
provide an understanding of health & safety control and improvement strategies available to supervisors.
Mileage costs may be applied to training taking place over 25 miles from our sites.
